Corey and Chrystal Shofroth are the owners of MoonShine Q Mobile Catering. Corey and Chrystal have been together 18 years, with two daughters. Chrystal's an artist and event coordinator and Corey a chef and writer. Corey has been smoking meats traditionally low and slow for over ten years. In 2019 Chrystal took over at a local restaurant in Downtown Alliance and they began to try out their new menu. Everyone loved their unique spin on Backyard BBQ so much they branched out to go to festivals with a mobile food truck setup. It was such a success as a mobile set up, they decided to go mobile and in 2020 and decided to hit the road together~! they are now the go to for weddings and private party catering in Northeast Ohio!
